Min Thet Khine: sorry but I have to confirm it again, did you try the "retry" button on the right side of the account? (see image-1)
Because I just checked Plaid for about your AMEX connection, it seems like an AUTH issue. (see image-2).
If you have already tried, I can file a support ticket to see if there is anything they can help.

Shawn Cao: I just retried the Plaid connection, and although the Plaid connection was successful (as was before), the Fina page keeps saying "Failed updating American Express with 3 retries". This was the same issue I had when I first made the comment.

I use Amex and have some issues occasionally as well. Plaid and AMEX have reported that they are working on the connection so I'm hoping this improves
