depository account not being update

idk what happened but the 'depository' account that I have linked in Fina is not updating anymore (the last information it is from July 19th - but I continue having normal movements in the account). All the information from 'credit card' account is still working perfectly, just my checking account is not being updated anymore (and it's in the same bank - I've checked the connection in the BoFa app and it's ok)

Hi Felipe, I just got update back from Plaid, it looks like at some point you removed your account from the list, if it is the case, you may want to remove the item and add it again, when going through plaid dialog, make sure you selected all the accounts you want.
Below is the message they sent to me, please take a look.

Shawn Cao: Hi Shawn, Thank you very much for your quick support.
I've checked third party access in BOA website and it's showing is still Active the connection with Fina/Plaid (I've attached a screenshot with some details) - I don't remember doing anything to revoke the access and what sounds strange for me is that my credit card information is still being updated perfectly to the website...
I'm not sure if I understood correctly what I should do, could you please guide me if I should try to do again the connection in BOA website or try to do something in Fina website?
Thank you
Shawn Cao
Felipe Bryla: thanks for checking on your side. Could you please give the
reconnect item
a try? let's see if that fixes the issueFelipe Bryla
Shawn Cao: Hello Shawn,
thank you for your support !
now looks it's fixed, but it wasnt in this way just directly 'reconnect item' - I tried some time doing in this way, and in the end I had to do all approval process via Plaid but the system was not being refreshed...
I had to remove completely all accounts (depository and credit card) and them I had to add like it's a new account again. Looks it's working correctly now, my checking account is being updated and looks I didnt loose all the reclassifications I did by myself on the transactions details, like grouping, etc
Thank you again for all your support !
If I have issue again later, I can reopen here
Thanks
Felipe

Felipe Bryla: Thanks for your confirmation. It's very likely, the ITEM registered on the plaid side has the problem. Glad that delete/re-add works for you.
Yes, all your categories and rules should stay even if you delete and add accounts, the way how Fina is designed is to separate accounts and rules applied on it. We thought this is more flexible way to handle your financial data securely.
I'll mark this one as complete for now, please open or create new for any other issues...

Hi Felipe, I just did a few check up, there is no data loss or error on Fina side, transactions are processed bank by bank rather than account by account, so it's clear that data provider side has missing some of your data in the depository account: it's either on BOA side (the bank) or Plaid side (the proxy).
I'll file a ticket to Plaid for your case and update you back once they have investigation report ready.

I’ll check it today, Felipe
