Support disabling an account

As Plaid supports faster way to connect your institutes through phone number, it does not provide choices for you deselect some accounts that you don't want to have in your Fina account.
Also, if you want to disable an account after connection, you have to remove the institute item as of today.
So this feature is to provide an option for you to disable an account, an disabled account has these features:
- can only be shown when 'All' is toggled, not shown by default.
- can be re-enabled through account menu
- disabled account will not have transactions.
- disabled account won't show up in account filter.

Now, you can disable any account through the account menu (3-dot menu at the right end of each account).
